Integrating STEMScopes Materials into Canva

Like many teachers, I run my day using a slidedeck to keep everything organized and I’ve created all my slides using Canva, which I find very user-friendly. When I am doing a science lesson, I use STEMScopes which is often less user-friendly than I’d like, especially if I intend to use materials from multiple sections within a scope. To make it easier to show STEMScopes materials to my students within my slideshow, I download the videos, PDFs, and images to insert into my slides so I don’t have to navigate to a new website in the middle of instruction. For this example, I am creating a lesson for the 5th Grade Scope “Properties of Matter.” I want to set up a series of slides that introduces the scope, provides background information, and defines key terms. I know that will include videos and either a PDF or existing slides.
